Storch Farms is a small family farm located in Wheeling, West Virginia. We produce and sell handcrafted small-batch food products, including organic simple syrups, raw honey, and gift sets.

3. Eligibility
To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their prices accurately. However:
- Product photos are representative; actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, or size due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our goods.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.
- In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders, even after an order has been confirmed and payment processed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and process payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, we will be unable to fulfill your order.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order total.
- Flat-rate shipping of $8.95 applies to orders under $100.
- Free shipping is included on orders of $100 or more.
- We typically ship orders within 2–5 business days of receiving them. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and your location, typically 3–7 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Once a package leaves our hands and is in the possession of the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Local Pickup
For customers in the Wheeling, WV area, we offer free local pickup as an alternative to shipping. If you choose local pickup at checkout:
- We will contact you by email or phone within one business day of your order to arrange a convenient pickup time.
- Pickup is offered as a courtesy for local customers only. We reserve the right to refuse pickup orders from customers outside our local area and either refund the order or convert it to a shipped order at standard shipping rates.
- Orders not picked up within 30 days of order confirmation may be cancelled at our discretion, with no refund of the product cost.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are handcrafted food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.
- Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at storchfarms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Incorrect orders: If we sent you the wrong item, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for unopened products simply because you changed your mind, due to the nature of food items.
- Refunds, when issued, will be processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
9. Product Use and Allergen Information
Our products are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts (walnuts) and other ingredients. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.
It is your responsibility to determine whether our products are suitable for your dietary needs. Storch Farms is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse health effects from consuming our products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Storch Farms website — including text, photos, graphics, logos, product names, and the Storch Farms brand — is the property of Storch Farms and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or related systems
- Interfere with the operation of the website or its security features
- Submit false or misleading information when placing an order
